1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using JobRush ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided to registered users.
2. Service Description
JobRush is an AI-powered resume optimization platform that analyzes resumes against specific job descriptions and provides optimized versions designed to improve ATS compatibility and interview callback rates. The Service includes resume scanning, optimization, cover letter generation, and job matching features.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and current information during registration. One account per individual — shared or resold accounts may be terminated.
4. Subscription & Payments
JobRush offers monthly subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Elite). Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time — access continues through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
5. Usage Limits
Each plan includes specific monthly limits for ATS scans, resume optimizations, and cover letter generations. Usage resets at the start of each billing cycle. Unused allocations do not roll over. Exceeding your plan limits requires upgrading to a higher tier.
6. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all content you upload, including resumes, personal information, and career data. By using the Service, you grant JobRush a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the optimization service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes beyond service delivery.
7. Optimized Output
Resumes and cover letters generated by our engine are provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing all optimized content before use. JobRush does not guarantee job placement, interview callbacks, or ATS passage. Results vary based on individual circumstances, job market conditions, and employer-specific requirements.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not: use the Service to generate fraudulent or misleading resume content; share account credentials; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our optimization algorithms; use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage; resell or redistribute optimized content as a commercial service; or violate any applicable laws.
9. Intellectual Property
The JobRush platform, optimization engine, algorithms, user interface, branding, and all associated technology are the intellectual property of JobRush. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our technology without explicit written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
JobRush is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
